According to teacher Nguyen Thi Cuc - Principal of Nam Ly Secondary School No. 1, at 1:45 p.m. on December 10, when students were preparing to go to school, a group of people, including parents of a 7.7 grade student, rushed into the school to find and then grabbed another 7th grade female student by the collar to assault her.

Upon discovering the incident, the school reported it to the Nam Ly Ward Police and Dong Hoi City Police. Immediately afterwards, the authorities arrived and invited the group to the ward police station for questioning.
According to teacher Nguyen Thi Cuc, the incident stemmed from a conflict between two female students at the school. When the family of one student heard about it, they called more people and rushed into the school to "confront" the other student.
"This behavior is condemnable. Parents of students cannot rush into the school and act like that," teacher Nguyen Thi Cuc said indignantly.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Nghia - Chairman of Nam Ly Ward People's Committee (Dong Hoi City) confirmed that the above incident occurred and the police are investigating and clarifying the matter to handle it according to the law.
