Adjusting the implementation progress of Co Co Park project to April 2026

Accordingly, the progress of site clearance and procedures on investment, environment, land, construction, fire prevention and fighting...; implementation of construction items, equipment installation, and operation on the land area leased by the Provincial People's Committee in the first phase ( 35,144.1m2 ) of the project is adjusted from December 2015 to April 2026.

In addition, for the remaining land area ( 1,373.3m2 ) of the project, land procedures must be completed and this area put into use within 6 months from the date the investor receives the site handover.

Previously, in January 2024, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the adjustment of the project implementation schedule from December 2015 to April 2024, however, the project has not been completed due to problems. This project has had its investment policy adjusted 4 times so far.
