According to assessments, the South Central - Central Highlands region has a rich flora and fauna, diverse natural landscapes, unique cultural identities and pristine rural spaces. However, climate change is increasingly having a clear impact on the livestock sector. Prolonged drought, water shortages, and epidemics have reduced biodiversity and agricultural ecosystems. In response to this situation, many farmers, cooperatives, and businesses have proactively changed their livestock farming methods, applied technical advances, and selected breeds suitable to the conditions of each region. The agricultural extension system has also implemented many livestock farming models associated with ecotourism with practical effectiveness.

At the forum, managers, experts, businesses, cooperatives and farmers exchanged and discussed the situation of livestock development adapting to climate change, associated with ecotourism in the provinces of the South Central Coast and the Central Highlands; the development of farm economy , cooperatives combined with agricultural tourism; results of rural tourism development in new rural construction... At the same time, they exchanged experiences, shared some effective models, practical solutions to improve livestock associated with flexible adaptation to climate change, associated with ecotourism, agricultural tourism, bringing added value, diversifying livelihoods for farmers and contributing to the development of the rural economy in a sustainable direction.
