The Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention and Control of Van Don Special Zone closely monitored the storm's developments at the Steering Committee Headquarters at 0:00 on July 22, 2025. Ha An ward irrigation staff urgently operated Bo Cao sluice, draining buffer water on the night of July 21 to reduce flooding and protect the safety of residential areas. Ha An ward authorities inspected and reviewed the anchoring work and ensured safety for vehicles in Ben Giang area. Quang Hanh ward authorities continue to check areas where boats are moored and docked, not allowing people to return until absolute safety is ensured. Ha Tu Ward maintains night duty. Uong Bi ward ward staff on duty to fight storms. Cao Xanh ward leaders inspected the pumping station of bridge 2 to ensure drainage. Forces support people and vehicles across Bai Chay bridge.
