Walking on the railway, a person was hit and injured by a train

BTO - Provincial authorities arrived at the scene to investigate a traffic accident between a train and a pedestrian that left one person seriously injured.

The accident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on June 7 in Hong Liem commune , Ham Thuan Bac district . Initial information showed that the freight train HH15T was running on the railway in the North-South direction.

When the train was running in Hong Liem commune, Song Luy - Long Thanh section, it hit a woman walking on the railway. The impact threw the woman to the side of the railway , seriously injuring her.

The train then stopped . Train staff called an ambulance to take the victim to the provincial general hospital for emergency treatment. After the accident, authorities arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.

It is known that the woman is currently being treated at the Provincial Hospital . However, upon inspection, the victim did not have any identification documents with her, so the authorities are still verifying her background information.
