Napoli just made a big splash in the summer transfer market when they successfully recruited Belgian superstar Kevin De Bruyne. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano used the familiar phrase "Here we go" to confirm the deal was completed.
De Bruyne will soon travel to Italy for a medical ahead of his Napoli debut. The 33-year-old star has signed a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further year, with the Naples team. He will receive a salary of around 5.5 million euros per season, along with a signing-on fee of up to 10 million euros.
After his glorious years at Man City, De Bruyne decided to move on to a new chapter in his career and chose Napoli as his next destination. De Bruyne brings class and experience, as well as helping coach Antonio Conte and his team aim to conquer Europe.
Experts consider this to be one of Napoli's most important signings at the moment. The Southern Italian team is also preparing many other quality deals to upgrade the squad and strengthen their ambition to make a name for themselves in the continental arena.
