After more than 8 months of establishment, up to now, the Party Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 4 has always thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented resolutions, directives, conclusions and instructions from above, concretized them into accurate leadership policies and measures, and successfully completed the goals and targets according to the resolutions and plans set out.

The Congress determined that in the 2025-2030 term, it will focus on leading the building of a clean and strong Party Committee of the Department, improving the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations; effectively leading, directing and organizing the implementation of logistics and technical work for the tasks of the Military Region's armed forces.  

Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong, Party Committee member, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, gave a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command, Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department in the past time.

The Deputy Commander of the Military Region requested that in the coming term, the Party Committee focus on leading and doing well the staff work for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command to lead and direct agencies and units to perform well the logistics and technical work in the tasks. Lead the building of a clean and strong Party Committee of the Department, a strong and comprehensive Department to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and elected delegates to attend the 12th Military Region Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 4 for the 2025-2030 term elected the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Party Committee Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee with a high number of votes of confidence.
