In the period of 2020-2025, the General Staff's "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" campaign has been regularly led, directed and implemented by the Party Committee Standing Committee, the General Staff Chief and agencies and units, achieving comprehensive results in all fields and aspects of work.

Accordingly, PTTĐ has developed comprehensively and extensively in the direction of "Substantial innovation, enhanced efficiency, sustainable quality" with the theme "One focus - Three breakthroughs" and "Good year"; closely linking PTTĐs and campaigns. The organization and implementation process directs the emulation goals towards the successful completion of political tasks of agencies and units. The quality of logistics assurance for combat readiness tasks, regular and unexpected tasks has been improved, especially logistics assurance for events, important holidays, competitions, sports festivals, drills, etc.

The emulation movement has created a comprehensive and effective change in ensuring production increase, improving the attitude and spirit of serving and taking care of soldiers' health, contributing to maintaining the rate of healthy soldiers always above 98.65%. The work of ensuring barracks and basic construction has been maintained in a sustainable, in-depth, practical and effective manner; focusing on improving the quality of ensuring the workplace, study, work and living places of soldiers.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan commended the outstanding results of the agencies and units of the General Staff in implementing the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings". At the same time, he requested the agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and promote the implementation of Directive No. 214/CT-BQP dated March 14, 1995 of the Ministry of National Defense on launching the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" throughout the army and Resolution No. 1658-NQ/QUTW dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on Army logistics work until 2030 and the following years; strengthen the leadership of Party committees and organizations, further promote the role of commanders in organizing the implementation of the emulation movement.
