Average income of employees was 18.6 million VND/person/month; developing 5 stores, increasing to 52 petroleum stores under the company; social security contribution was nearly 5.4 billion VND.

In particular, promoting the role of state-owned enterprises in stabilizing the petroleum market, balancing supply and demand, ensuring uninterrupted supply, ensuring the continuous operation of the entire company, contributing to ensuring energy security, linking national defense - security and socio -economic development of the locality. The Party Committee has 2 years of being exemplary clean and strong (2020, 2023), 3 years of being classified as a Party organization that has fulfilled its tasks well and 2 years of completing its tasks excellently.
