Concluding the conference, Major General Dinh Ngoc Tuong assessed that guidance during the past term, the Party Committee of the Corps had thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, conclusions, directives, regulations, procedures and rules of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , the Secretariat, the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work. Party committees and organizations at all levels organized inspections with focus and key points, and supervision was expanded; well implement thematic supervision plan of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission on the Party Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Corps' Party Committee; and consider strict and principled enforcement of discipline.
Compared to the previous term, the order, quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work have been improved, promptly warning, preventing and stopping violations by Party organizations and Party members; contributes significantly to maintaining the Party's organizational principles, strengthening solidarity and unity, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and the quality of Party members, building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" Army Corps, successfully completing all assigned tasks.

Major General Dinh Ngoc Tuong requested Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees at all levels to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the provisions of the Party Charter, resolutions, conclusions, regulations, procedures, and instructions on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work. Closely follow political tasks and Party building work, synchronously issue resolutions, regulations, and inspection and supervision work plans for the term and each year, closely follow the reality of each agency and unit, and implement them in accordance with regulations. Improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work, and properly implement the viewpoint that supervision must be expanded and inspection must have a focus and key points. Improve the effectiveness of regular supervision work, attach responsibility to Party committee members and Inspection Committee members according to the assigned fields of monitoring and reporting to Party committees according to regulations and rules.
