Specifically, regarding rice, the enterprises supplying this item in the province, namely Cao Lang Food Joint Stock Company and a number of other enterprises, have reserved about 5 thousand tons, ensuring the consumption needs of the people in the whole province for 1 month. Regarding pork, currently, enterprises and individuals supplying this item ensure the supply of about 1,700 tons/month; poultry meat ensures the supply to the market of about 840 tons/month; buffalo and beef meat is 625 tons/month. This output ensures sufficient supply for the consumption needs of the people in the province for fresh food. In addition, green vegetables are also imported by small traders, commercial centers, convenience stores, supermarkets, etc., ensuring the supply of at least 12 kg of various green vegetables/month/person.

To proactively respond to storm No. 3, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, since September 6, the Department of Industry and Trade has regularly organized inspection teams at shopping centers, traditional markets, etc. to limit the disruption of the supply of goods. At the same time, the Department of Industry and Trade has also deployed a review of areas at risk of being isolated due to rain and floods, to have a plan to supply essential goods, especially food, foodstuffs, and drinking water to people in affected areas.

It is known that the prices of goods on the market have not increased, only the price of green vegetables has increased by about 2% compared to before September 6. Currently, the provincial market management force is continuing to inspect and monitor the circulation of goods on the market, in order to prevent businesses from hoarding goods and increasing prices.
