Nghe An will welcome 40,235 candidates to take the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, including 1,326 students following the 2006 GeneralEducation Program.
The province has arranged 72 examination sites and mobilized 6,594 cadres, teachers and staff to perform the tasks. The goal is to organize the examination not only seriously and in accordance with regulations but also ensure safety, friendliness and fairness for all candidates.

Grade 12 students are guided to practice on the online exam system to familiarize themselves with the exam structure and practice their test-taking skills. The movement “90 days and nights of determination to achieve high results” was also launched, creating a vibrant learning and competitive atmosphere throughout the industry.
Professional training is organized systematically and thoroughly for all forces participating in the exam.
Nghe An Provincial Police have coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize intensive training on fraud prevention and control, especially the use of high-tech devices. Exam staff in sensitive positions such as test center heads, secretaries, and data officers have all received intensive training.
Many departments and agencies in the province have also actively participated in supporting the exam. The police force ensures absolute safety for the exam sites, organizes traffic flow, fire prevention and fighting, and transports exam papers by specialized vehicles.
The electricity sector arranges technical staff on duty at each exam site and prepares backup generators to promptly handle incidents.
The health sector also arranges a team on duty 24/7, fully prepares medicine, emergency equipment and monitors food safety and hygiene around the exam sites.
Nghe An Provincial Youth Union has launched the program "Supporting the exam season", mobilizing youth union members to support candidates in difficult circumstances, especially in remote areas, with the spirit of not leaving any student behind due to objective conditions.
Localities across the province have also established exam steering committees, carefully checking facilities, electrical systems, fans, and lights at exam sites. Measures to ensure security, disease prevention, and environmental sanitation are also focused on throughout the exam period.
Nghe An Department of Education and Training has organized teams to directly inspect the examination sites in the area, review the facilities, personnel plans and logistics. During the examination period, forces are deployed on duty, closely monitoring developments to promptly handle any arising situations.
A leader of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training affirmed: “We identify this as not only an important exam for students but also a political task for the entire sector. The goal is to organize a serious, safe, fair, friendly, and regulated exam so that parents and society can feel secure and students can confidently step into the future.”
