The 5th Congress of the Party Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee Office, term 2025

The Provincial Party Committee Office currently has 05 subordinate Party cells with 48 Party members. During the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee set out 04 general goals and 09 specific goals. Up to now, the goals set out in the Congress Resolution have all been achieved and exceeded. The Party Committee Executive Committee has always paid attention to leading and directing the good performance of political and ideological education for cadres, party members, civil servants and workers. Leading and implementing well the work of building grassroots party organizations and party members, organizing cadres, inspecting, supervising, preventing negativity, corruption and waste; effectively organizing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XII, XIII)...

Comrade Luong Duc Thang, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies delivered a speech at the Congress.

In carrying out the political tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office has advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to issue 3,480 documents of all kinds, and appraised 3,824 documents to promptly serve the leadership and direction of the Party Committee on the tasks of socio -economic development, ensuring security, national defense, Party building, government, and local organizations. Synthesized and edited the content of the political report, the report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the 2025 - 2030 term and other related documents to be submitted to the 13th Provincial Party Congress to ensure quality and on schedule. The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has led and directed the successful completion of administrative tasks, archiving, management, party finance, cryptographic work, information technology, etc.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Luong Duc Thang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies acknowledged, commended and congratulated the achievements that the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee has achieved in the past term. He suggested that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; build a truly clean and strong Party Committee; promote the application of information technology, enhance digital transformation in consulting, synthesizing, serving, and internal management; strengthen administrative reform, promote the sense of responsibility, discipline, quality and efficiency of work; strengthen inspection and supervision work, strictly maintain Party discipline; proactively prevent violations; carry out anti-corruption work, practice thrift, combat waste and negativity; Create a democratic, transparent, united, and consensual working environment... Continue to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the direction and implementation of tasks before, during, and after the reorganization of the provincial apparatus; especially tasks related to finance, public assets, archiving work... Lead and direct the successful implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels in the coming time.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee sets out key directions, goals and solutions. In particular, it focuses on studying, researching and thoroughly grasping the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; leading the Party building work, inspection and supervision work in accordance with the provisions of the Party Charter and the guiding documents of the higher-level Party Committees. After the merger of the two provinces of Thai Nguyen - Bac Kan , continue to actively coordinate and advise the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee (new), to complete the assigned tasks.
