On July 6-7, 2025, Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary, Secondary and High School (Viet Hung Ward, Quang Ninh ) successfully held the 5th Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending the Congress were Comrade Nguyen Van Quang - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Viet Hung Ward; Comrade Pham Trung Duc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Ward Police; Comrade Mai Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee; Delegate of Thanh Son Company Limited; Delegate of the School's Trade Union Executive Committee; Delegate of the School's Youth Union Executive Committee with the presence of 66 outstanding party members from the Party cells in the whole school.
Previously, on the afternoon of July 6, the Congress conducted the Draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 5th Party Congress of Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary, Secondary and High School.
On July 7, comrade Vu Thi Thuy Duong - Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the school reported on the implementation results of the Resolution of the 4th Congress (term 2020-2025) and the direction and tasks for the term 2025-2030.
The Party Committee of Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary, Secondary and High School currently has 3 affiliated Party cells with 66 Party members, including 55 official Party members and 11 probationary Party members.
During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee has directed the School's professional staff to seriously carry outeducational tasks according to the guidelines and policies of the Party, the State as well as the Department of Education and Training and the Ha Long Department of Education and Training.
The Party Committee always closely follows the educational contents in the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and Resolution 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013 of the Party Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.
The school always implements well the programs and plans that have been built, gradually improving the quality of teaching and learning as well as comprehensive education of students in the school.
The staff, teachers and employees completed and achieved high efficiency in their work; actively participated in excellent teacher competitions at all levels, many individuals achieved emulation titles, and received many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the Ministry, Province and Prime Minister.
Over the past 5 years, the school has trained and nurtured 226 excellent students at the provincial level, many of whom have won first prize in subjects such as History, Math, Biology, and English.
Every year, 100% of primary school students are considered to have completed the primary school program, 100% of grade 9 students are considered to have graduated from junior high school. The rate of students passing the high school graduation exam is always high, from 97% to 99.95%, the rate of students passing the university entrance exam is high and has increased over the years: from 65% to 85%, there are classes with a 100% university entrance rate, every year there are many students passing the prestigious universities nationwide.
The school board always pays attention to investing in facilities, building spacious and modern classrooms to serve the needs of teaching and learning with a total of 101 classrooms, 11 subject classrooms. There are 3 solidly built halls and functional rooms, playgrounds, training grounds, 4 artificial turf football fields, 2 basketball courts, 1 badminton court, a spacious, airy swimming pool...
With the results achieved, in the last term, the school achieved the title of excellent worker in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years and was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister in the 2020-2021 school year.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, unity of will and action, in the 2025-2030 term, the School Party Committee strives to fulfill its tasks well; 100% of its subordinate Party cells achieve the title of “Fulfilling the Tasks Well” or higher. Building a “4 Good” Party Committee, comprehensively leading all activities of the school, striving to recruit at least 15 new Party members.
Striving to become one of the quality inter-level schools in Quang Ninh province operating according to national quality assurance standards; one of the pioneering and core educational institutions for the Quang Ninh province education system by 2030.
At the congress, delegates listened to comments and contributions on the activities of Party cells and Party members during the past term, and approved the Draft Resolution of the Congress and the Action Program to implement the Resolution.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary, Secondary and High School for the 5th term, 2025-2030, consisting of 5 comrades. Comrade Vu Thi Thuy Duong was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary, Secondary and High School.
The congress elected 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of Viet Hung Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
At the first conference, the school's Party Executive Committee held its first meeting to elect the following positions: Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Inspection Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee, and Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee.
