The political report, term 2020 - 2025 of the Provincial Party Cell of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, clearly stated: Since its establishment (2003), the Party Cell has always been united, strived to overcome difficulties, constantly innovated in content and leadership methods, determined to strive to complete the political tasks of the province and the Resolutions set forth by the Party Cell.
During the implementation of its tasks, the Party Cell has always received the attention and leadership of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the staff, cadres and Party members in the Party Cell. The Provincial Social Policy Bank Party Cell has performed well its political tasks in the locality and successfully implemented the Resolution set forth by the Party Cell.
The Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch is a unit under the Vietnam Social Policy Bank system with non-profit activities, focusing on lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries under the National Target Program on poverty reduction, new rural construction, socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, contributing to ensuring social security in the area. Currently, the unit has a total of 121 officers and employees with an organizational structure of 01 Head Office, 05 specialized departments; 07 District-level Transaction Offices. With the spirit of solidarity, proactive creativity and close attention of the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank has promoted its comprehensive leadership role, effectively implementing assigned political tasks. Regarding the implementation of professional tasks, the total capital as of April 30, 2025 reached VND 3,576 billion, an increase of VND 2,096 billion compared to April 30, 2020. Of which, the local entrusted capital reached VND 135 billion, an increase of VND 107 billion compared to the same period in 2020. The total outstanding loans for policy programs reached VND 3,567 billion. Overdue debt was over VND 5 billion, debt rescheduled was over VND 3 billion. The loan capital of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has helped 32,769 poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households to borrow capital and over 18,000 workers were created new jobs...
The Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank has proposed solutions to overcome the limitations in the process of operation, which are to improve the quality of Party Cell activities in a practical direction close to political tasks, grasp the thoughts of Party members and cadres, and strengthen Party development work. Promote democracy, strengthen criticism and self-criticism in Party Cell activities, and build a united and disciplined Party Cell.
