Da Nang: Absolutely do not allow the situation of refusing to accept students from Quang Nam to happen.

(NLDO) - Students who are children of officials and civil servants from Quang Nam to Da Nang will be given priority to study near their place of residence or workplace.

On June 9, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City issued instructions on receiving students from Quang Nam province to enroll.

Accordingly, school placement will be prioritized ateducational institutions near parents' residence or workplace, to ensure students' legitimate learning rights and create favorable conditions in daily life.

Da Nang City directs to create all conditions to receive students, children of officials and civil servants of Quang Nam when merging.

The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City also emphasized that it absolutely must not refuse to accept students who are under the direction of the City People's Committee to accept.

According to the guidelines, primary, secondary and high schools in Da Nang City must proactively accept students from Quang Nam. The allocation of students is based on facilities, class size and teaching staff.

Schools are required to receive electronic transcripts, printed from the management software at the school where the student is transferring from, without the signature of the subject teacher. The document only needs to have complete information and confirmation from the principal. In case further verification is needed, the school will proactively contact the school where the student previously studied.

According to the Central Resolution, Quang Nam province will merge with Da Nang city, take the name Da Nang city, and place the political and administrative center in Da Nang city.
