The 1st Congress of the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, aims to "Build a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promote the heroic homeland tradition, the strength of great national unity, promote administrative reform, digital transformation; mobilize and effectively use all resources, build Tam Ky Ward in a smart and livable direction".
Tam Ky Ward was established on the basis of arranging and merging the administrative boundaries of An My, An Xuan, and Truong Xuan wards of Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province (old). During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Executive Committees of the three units focused on leading and directing the serious and effective implementation of directives and resolutions of the Party at all levels.
The economy continues to grow, the economic structure shifts in the right direction. The value of trade and services increases by an average of 10.5% per year. Total budget revenue reaches over 445 billion VND, an increase of 8.2% per year.
In particular, Tam Ky ward no longer has poor households in the group that can be influenced to escape poverty. National defense and security are strengthened, military recruitment reaches 100% of the target, the ward meets the strong standard.
With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", in the 2025-2030 term, Tam Ky Ward Party Committee strives to increase the total state budget revenue by an average of over 9% per year; the total value of products in the area by an average of at least 12% per year; the average income per capita by 2030 increases by over 8% per year compared to 2025; the poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard by 2030 is below 0.5%...
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, Secretary of the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee, said that the 1st Congress of the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term took place in the context of the country starting to implement the 2-level local government model. This is a strategic policy, the revolution poses many difficulties and challenges for localities, including Tam Ky Ward.
“In the 2025-2030 term, the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee will mobilize all resources and promote the strength of the great solidarity of the people to build the ward into a smart, modern urban area. It is a place where people can enjoy a quality, prosperous, happy, peaceful and beautiful life,” informed the Secretary of the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee.
Speaking at the congress, Comrade Ngo Xuan Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, suggested that in the coming time, Tam Ky ward needs to have breakthrough solutions to develop the economy quickly and sustainably, especially in the trade and service sector. Encourage, support and orient the development of the private economic sector, becoming "the most important driving force" in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo.
Comrade Ngo Xuan Thang said that Tam Ky ward needs to focus on investing in building synchronous and modern infrastructure. Do a good job of site clearance and compensation, speed up the progress of projects in the area.
Taking science - technology and innovation, digital transformation as the main driving force of development. Paying more attention to policy families, people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, and disadvantaged households, with the view of ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction is a major and consistent policy of our Party and State, with the goal of "leaving no one behind".
