According to the Decision, the score is recognized. Travel to Quan Thanh Temple National Special Monument (address at 194 Quan Thanh Street, Quan Thanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi ) managed by Ba Dinh District People's Committee.
People's Committee of Ba Dinh District responsible for organizing, managing, exploiting and developing tourist attractions in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Law and related legal documents.

At the same time, investment build Quan Thanh Temple National Special Relic tourist site in accordance with the law and city regulations, ensuring sustainable and effective development.
Quan Thanh Temple is one of the four temples of Thang Long, along with Bach Ma Temple, Voi Phuc Temple and Kim Lien Communal House. This temple worships Huyen Thien Tran Vu. Initially, this temple was located on the south side of To Lich River. After moving the capital to Thang Long, King Ly Cong Uan moved the temple to its current location, hoping that Huyen Thien Tran Vu would help control the water monster of West Lake and guard the north side of Thang Long citadel. The temple is marked as the 1000-year Thang Long - Hanoi project.
