Love in Vietnam is a film co-produced by the famous producer of the Bollywood "cinematic universe" - Captain Rahul Bali with Mr. Nguyen Cao Tung - the producer of Vietnamese films worth hundreds of billions of dong such as "I see yellow flowers on green grass"; "The girl from yesterday". With a total production budget of up to 4 million USD, the film was promoted by the Consulates of the two countries. In particular, the film has a gathering of famous actors from Vietnam and India such as: Kha Ngan, Shantanu Maheshwari, Avneet Kaur...
This is the first international co-production between Vietnamese and Indian cinema with beautiful scenes shot in Vietnam. The event not only marks an important step forward in cultural diplomacy and cinema connection between the two countries but also an opportunity to promote the image and culture of Vietnam closer to international friends.
Speaking at the premiere, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thi Hoi An said that “Love in Vietnam” with the message “Bringing Vietnamese stories to the world” is a cinematic work imbued with the breath of Vietnamese love and culture and is a symbol of the wonderful exchange between Vietnamese and Indian cinema. As one of the filming locations of the film, Da Nang City is honored to contribute to telling this sweet story.
“With its charming natural beauty, friendly people and identity, Da Nang has always been and will always be an attractive destination on the international cinema map. We believe that “Love in Vietnam” is not only a bridge connecting the hearts of two countries, but also an opportunity to introduce the image of the country and people of Vietnam - including Da Nang - to friends around the world.
