Announcing the decision to establish the Land Fund Development Center of Bac Ninh province

BAC NINH - On July 9, Comrade Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the conference to announce the Decision to establish the Provincial Land Fund Development Center; Decision to appoint Deputy Directors, leaders of departments and branches under the Center.

The conference announced Decision No. 14/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Bac Ninh Provincial Land Fund Development Center under the Provincial People's Committee on the basis of renaming the Bac Giang Provincial Land Fund Development Center, receiving 3 Land Fund Development Centers of Bac Ninh province (old) and 10 district-level Land Fund Development Centers of Bac Giang province.

Comrade Dao Quang Khai presented the decision to establish the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

Bac Ninh Provincial Land Fund Development Center is a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee, with an organizational structure consisting of: Director, Deputy Director, 4 specialized and professional departments and 13 Land Fund Development Centers operating by region.

The Center is responsible for creating, developing, managing and exploiting land funds; organizing compensation, support and resettlement; conducting auctions of land use rights and other services in the land sector; being the investor of construction projects to create and develop land funds according to regulations. Managing and operating public housing assigned by the agency representing the owners of public housing according to regulations.

Comrade Dao Quang Khai presented the decision to appoint Deputy Directors of the Center.

At the conference, comrade Dao Quang Khai presented the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to establish the Provincial Land Fund Development Center; appointing the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to comrades Do Van Ninh and Nguyen Van Tap, from July 1, 2025 to March 5, 2030.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Dao Quang Khai congratulated the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the appointed Deputy Directors. At the same time, he emphasized that the establishment of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and its affiliated units plays an important role in the process of construction and development of the province, especially in the field of compensation and site clearance for project implementation.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Center should continue to unite and unify to perform well the functions and tasks assigned by the province in the field of land, thereby contributing to promoting local socio -economic development. At the same time, it should focus on improving the professional qualifications of its staff, promptly disseminating policies and laws to people and businesses for strict compliance.

The newly appointed Deputy Directors need to promote their capacity, sense of responsibility, be exemplary in performing their duties, and build a strong collective.

Previously, on July 1, comrade Do Dinh Huu was awarded the Decision to appoint as Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Bac Ninh province.
