Announcement of Decision to establish Thai Nguyen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch

On the afternoon of June 30, the Social Policy Bank held a conference to announce the Decision to establish the Thai Nguyen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch and deploy personnel work.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tu, Member of the Board of Directors, Head of the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, presented the decision to assign the Directorship of the Thai Nguyen Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to comrade Pham Tuan Hung.

At the Conference, the leaders of the Legal Department of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) announced the Decision on the establishment of the VBSP Thai Nguyen Branch. Accordingly, the new branch will officially operate from July 1, 2025 on the basis of reorganizing the transaction offices of the old branches of the two provinces of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan .

Announcement of the Decision of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on the transfer and assignment of the Directorship of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Thai Nguyen Branch to comrade Pham Tuan Hung, Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Cao Bang Branch, until a replacement decision is made.

Representatives of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies presented decisions on transfer and appointment of 6 Deputy Directors of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch.

Also within the framework of the Conference, the leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies announced the decisions to transfer and appoint 6 Deputy Directors of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch, including comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Le Van Hong, Le Phuong Quy, Hoang Dinh Nhuan, Hoang Van Hau, Ha Sy Con.

Announcement of the Decision to establish a new Transaction Office of the People's Credit Fund of Bac Kan; renaming the transaction offices of the People's Credit Fund of the old Thai Nguyen and old Bac Kan branches, merging and becoming directly under the People's Credit Fund of Thai Nguyen province.

From July 1, 2025, these transaction offices will be dependent accounting units, have their own seals and operate according to the regulations of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Tuan Hung thanked the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for their trust; at the same time, he affirmed that he would work with the unit to build the Thai Nguyen Branch of the Bank for Social Policies increasingly stronger.
