Announcement of admission scores for grade 10 at Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted

On June 9, the Department of Education and Training announced the admission scores for grade 10 at Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted for the 2025-2026 school year.

Accordingly, the standard score for entering grade 10 in Chemistry is 27.50 points; Biology 22.75 points; Physics 27.25 points; Literature 27.75 points; English 34.45 points; Math 29.75 points, and Informatics 24 points.

According to Director of the Department of Education and Training Tran Khac Le, the enrollment target for Luong Van Chanh High School for the 2025-2026 school year is 315 students/9 classes. Of which, 2 specialized Math classes, 2 English classes, 1 class for the remaining subjects, each class has 35 students.

Through the entrance exam, only 308/315 candidates met the admission standards for the classes, of which only 28/35 candidates met the admission standards for the IT class. The Department of Education and Training still kept the number of admitted students the same, not recruiting more for the IT specialized class.

After the announcement of the admission scores, all candidates have the right to review their exam. Candidates who want to review their exam must submit an application to Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted before 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2025. For students who are not admitted, the school will notify students and parents to come to school to withdraw their application according to regulations.
