To prepare well for the opening of the Nghi Son Sea Tourism Festival in 2024, the Nghi Son Town People's Committee has been focusing on directing relevant departments, offices, units and Hai Hoa Ward to complete the final tasks. By April 25, the conditions were basically completed.

Accordingly, the town has directed to focus on urban beautification; launched a general environmental sanitation campaign in the coastal area and main roads from National Highway 1A to Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area, creating a green - clean - beautiful landscape; replaced and planted new flowers and trees on the median strip of Ngo Chan Luu Street, Lac Long Quan Street, Hai Hoa Ward.

Plans to ensure security and order and plans to prevent and combat crimes, property robbery, causing injuries, disturbing public order, ensuring social order and safety; and traffic diversion for vehicles participating in the Sea Tourism Festival have also been deployed.

The town also directed functional units to do a good job of ensuring a stable power source for the opening ceremony of the festival, organizing a space to display OCOP products, an open leather volleyball tournament, cultural activities, and folk games.

The OCOP product display area is being urgently completed by the construction unit.

Propaganda about the Festival is promoted on mass media, through visual propaganda on the routes leading to the tourist area.

The town focuses on directing the effective implementation of State management of tourism, thereby contributing to building Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area as a safe, friendly and attractive place for tourists, while strengthening the management of business activities in the tourist area, strictly handling cases of encroachment on roadsides and sidewalks, and street vendors that spoil the beauty of the tourist area.

The town has also established an inspection team to inspect compliance with legal regulations on ensuring food hygiene and safety at restaurants and hotels in Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area and tourist attractions in the town.

The Sea Square and stage area at Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area have been basically completed. The area for organizing exhibition space and introducing OCOP products with the participation of enterprises and business households in the town and some localities inside and outside the province; the area for organizing cultural activities and traditional folk games to serve the people and tourists such as the performance of cooking competition, the performance of "Gia Hau Co Be Thuong Ngan" and the organization of the Open Men's Leather Volleyball Tournament has also been basically completed.

The stage area where the festival opening ceremony will take place is being rushed to completion.

Nghi Son Sea Tourism Festival 2024 will open at 8:00 p.m. on April 26 at the Sea Square, Hai Hoa Sea Tourism Area, broadcast live on Thanh Hoa Radio and Television.
