Within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition celebrating the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the exhibition "Happy Vietnam" is a cultural highlight, spreading the message of simple, familiar happiness values in the daily life of Vietnamese people.
The exhibition displays 150 photos and 30 videos on 3 themes: Happy Land, Happy People, Happy Moments.
What is special is that these photos and videos were selected from 20,000 works by professional and amateur photographers, Vietnamese people at home and abroad, foreign tourists and those living and working in Vietnam, sent to participate in the "Happy Vietnam" Award organized on the digital platform promoting the image of Vietnam: Vietnam.vn . Since its launch in June 2023, the contest has received 20,000 works.
During the first 5 days of the Exhibition, the Happy Vietnam booth welcomed hundreds of visitors who not only came to admire the lacquer paintings but also to experience making folk paintings with the artists... The Organizing Committee prepared 1,000 gifts which were paintings made by visitors themselves, the results of their own creations.
All images of visitors and check-ins at the exhibition booth "Happy Vietnam" are uploaded to digital space through the platform vietnam.vn .

Each photo displayed at the exhibition is not only a work of art but also a vivid story about the spiritual values of the Vietnamese people.
At the space of “Happy Vietnam”, many attractive interactive activities took place such as taking photos at the photobooth, writing messages on the “Happiness Tree”, participating in the digital painting “Happiness Map” from 800 pieces or participating in the photo-video contest “Happy Vietnam 2025”.
Each visitor will receive a “happy passport” recording their journey of experience through landmarks and provinces across the country.
In the Exhibition Area, there is also a booth introducing the grassroots information system across the country. Currently, the grassroots communication network has reached every small alley and every roof through the familiar ward loudspeaker. The whole country currently has more than 3,000 commune-level radio stations and more than 49,500 radio stations applying information and telecommunications technology in regular operation.
In particular, with more than 70 million Zalo users, agencies and units have quickly "caught the wave" of the new trend by creating 3,321 Zalo OA pages, turning smartphones into "loudspeakers in hand." Along with that, more than 137,000 grassroots propagandists are still enthusiastic day and night, contributing to making official information reach the people, as close as neighborhood stories.
Through the exhibition space, the Organizing Committee hopes to spread the message of a "Happy Vietnam" - where happiness comes from great achievements, expressed through everyday moments.
The exhibition also affirms that after 80 years of independence, Vietnam has not only grown strongly in terms of economy and society, but also put people's happiness at the center of development. This is the core value that creates endogenous strength and faith in the future.
The exhibition area "Happy Vietnam" takes place from August 28 to September 15, 2025 on the 2nd floor, Building A1, National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
