Attending the program, on the Central side, there was comrade Ta Quang Dong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Attending the program were representatives of the leaders of the provinces: Attapeu, Salavan of the Lao People's Democratic Republic; leaders of the provinces of Preah Vihear, Stung Treng and Ratanakiri of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On the side of Gia Lai province, there were comrades: Ho Quoc Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Duong Van Trang - Member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chau Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders and former leaders of the province through the periods; Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the National Assembly Delegation of Gia Lai province; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors; leaders of communes and wards, along with a large number of people and tourists.

With the consistent message: "Harmony of the sea and sky - Shining identity", the special art program includes 3 chapters: Chapter I - Song of the origin; Chapter II - Fragrance and color of the thousand waves; Chapter III - Aspirational sun. The program's content depicts the journey from historical and traditional roots to the present and aspirations for the future. The program has the participation of famous singers, artists, and music groups such as: People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Luong Huy, singer To Loan, singer Anh Khoa, MTV group, Bai Choi performers of Gia Lai Traditional Arts Theater, Dam San General Music and Dance Theater, along with thousands of professional and amateur actors.
The opening chapter "Song of Origin" brings the audience back to the historical memory. In the space of sound, light and surging choir, a majestic picture is recreated: from the immense mountains and forests of the Central Highlands, the resounding spirit of Tay Son, to the brilliant Champa culture. There, the strength of the people blends with the common rhythm of the mountains and rivers, together protecting the homeland until the day of victory. This is a tribute to the origin, arousing pride in the eternal values of our ancestors. Honoring the beauty of tradition - history - culture, affirming the solid foundation of the new Gia Lai.
From the deep green forest, the sound of gongs and drums echoes like the voice of heaven and earth calling back ancient memories. There, the epics of Dam San and hundreds of epics... resound beside the village fire, telling stories of proud people living in the middle of the forest, loving freedom and aspiration. From the waves lapping on the white sand, the bustling drums of the Tay Son army of the past still echo, blending with the spirit of the sons of the martial land - the hands forging swords, forging wills, writing glorious history. Between the sea and the forest, the sun-drenched Champa towers still silently tell the story of a thousand years, where the Apsara dances are as soft as clouds, shining with the golden color of a glorious civilization. All blend into a cultural and historical treasure that the two lands have cherished, preserved and passed down through many generations, creating the spiritual foundation for a new Gia Lai - rich in identity, firmly stepping into the future.

Next, coming to “The Fragrance of Thousand Waves”, after the echoes of the Song of Origin, Gia Lai today opens up like a picture filled with colors. The brilliant yellow of wild sunflowers stretching along the mountain slopes; the white of vast coffee trees; the green of pepper and rubber where the forests stretch far and wide; the warm red of basalt soil blending in the warm sunlight. That windy and sunny land now embraces both the fragrance of the great forest and the salty taste of the offshore wind; wearing the endless green of the plateau blending with the immense sky and sea. Amidst that brilliant natural landscape, human life appears vividly. In the mountains, the sound of gongs is bustling in the festival to celebrate the new season, the flexible xoang circle beside the night fire. In the coastal areas, the urgent rhythm of rowing, the folk songs of the boat resound on the waves. The economic , tourism and cultural potential is blossoming day by day: beaches and waterfalls are awakened; new projects shape an open future; Science and technology are invested in and developed, spreading from East to West. All of this creates a modern lifestyle, with great potential for development, nurtured by traditional strength and unique cultural identity.
Coming to “The Sun of Aspiration”, from a solid traditional foundation and today’s brilliant beauty, Gia Lai is opening a journey towards the future – where the aspiration for development is in harmony with the heartbeat of an integrated country. The achievements in economy – society, the development of science – technology, and the potential to spread from East to West, have turned “The Aspiration for Power” into not only a song, but also a flame connecting hearts in harmony, sharing the dream of painting a picture of space “the sea and sky in harmony, the quintessence converging”. Just as it has stood side by side with the whole country to overcome storms, protect the homeland and the country – today, after 80 years of independence, Gia Lai is once again joining the country in the same rhythm, building a strong, rich, civilized Vietnam, reaching for the sun – reaching new heights.
Special performances depict the beauty of two lands - Gia Lai and Binh Dinh - where nature is majestic, containing cultural features rich in identity.
With 13 performances of singing, dancing, ensemble performance, instrumental music, modern dance, 3D Mapping performance..., today's art program is a colorful artistic symphony, depicting the image of a land where the sky and sea meet - where the Central Highlands meets the sea and sky of Binh Dinh, where thousand-year-old cultural traditions converge, interact and shine together.
The program created a colorful art party, marked by grand scenes, bringing many emotions to the audience and the people.
Closing the special art program, the audience was satisfied with a brilliant high-altitude fireworks display. Like a vast forest welcoming the wind, like ocean waves reaching out to sea, Gia Lai today – with the power to connect from East to West – is ready to take off, carrying within it the desire for trade, the desire for connection, the desire to reach new horizons.
From here, a belief is being lit – a belief in a sustainable future, a strong aspiration spreading from the land and sky – sea in harmony. That aspiration is the journey to tomorrow – the journey of Gia Lai, of every Vietnamese person on the path to building a prosperous, integrated and world-class country.
