In particular, there were efforts of the Standing Committees of districts, towns, city Party Committees, district-level People's Committees, departments and branches to guide and advise the Provincial People's Committee in directing.

Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung requested that departments and branches continue to closely follow and guide localities in removing difficulties and obstacles; closely follow the specific time frame prescribed to carry out tasks. Assign the Department of Home Affairs to guide regulations on functions and tasks of the apparatus and commune-level departments. Review and complete the work of organizing the apparatus, arranging personnel to operate the new commune smoothly. Prepare facilities, equipment, online transmission lines... ready for the operation of the new commune.

Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung emphasized that according to the plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, on June 22, the focus will be on operating 3 contents: The first meeting of the Party Executive Committee; People's Council meeting; operating the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level. Thereby, to check the process of processing records of cadres and civil servants; Internet connection to process records online... At the same time, it is noted that on June 22, all cadres and civil servants of the new commune-level political system must be present to inspect and evaluate the working conditions and other working activities. On June 28 and 29, localities will focus on handling facilities for the new commune; on June 30, continue to serve the people and complete preparations for official operation on July 1.

The Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee requested that localities quickly provide a list of working locations of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Public Administration Service Center of the 54 new communes for widespread dissemination on mass media for people to know. Disseminate the transfer of administrative procedure settlement work from the district level to the commune level from July 1 to avoid causing difficulties for people when the new commune level comes into operation.
