Solid foundation
Di Linh commune was established on the basis of merging 4 commune-level administrative units including Tan Chau, Lien Dam, Gung Re and Di Linh town (former Di Linh district). The commune has a natural area of 268.28 km2 , a population of 64,179 people; of which, ethnic minorities have 22,733 people (accounting for 35.4%). Di Linh commune Party Committee consists of 89 party organizations with 1,806 party members.
Comrade Tran Hong Quyet - Secretary of the Party Committee of Di Linh commune said that in the past time, the Party Committee, the government and the people have promoted the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties, and synchronously implemented tasks and solutions with high political determination, great efforts and drastic actions. Since then, many important results have been achieved, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 in particular and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 - 2025 in general.
Many socio -economic development and Party building targets have been achieved and exceeded. The economy has developed, per capita income has increased, and the economic structure has shifted in a positive direction. Infrastructure has been basically developed. Agricultural production has become increasingly efficient and high-quality, increasing the income value per unit area. National defense and security have been consolidated and maintained; social order and safety have been ensured, preventing any outstanding and complicated situations from arising. The ethnic and religious situation in the area has remained stable.
The awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people in implementing the national target program on new rural construction have many important changes. The national target program on sustainable poverty reduction has also been effectively implemented, the annual multidimensional poverty rate has decreased sharply. The national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2030 has been implemented synchronously, effectively and in accordance with regulations.
With the characteristic of having a large number of ethnic minorities, activities to preserve the traditional cultural beauty of ethnic groups in Di Linh commune have been focused on and have had positive changes. The system of cultural institutions has received investment attention, and its activities have become increasingly practical and effective. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" have been implemented synchronously, bringing about practical results.

During the past term, the work of building the Party and the political system was comprehensively carried out by the Di Linh Commune Party Committee and achieved many outstanding results in all aspects of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. One of the important highlights is to focus on leading and directing the drastic and effective implementation of the innovation, arrangement and consolidation of the political system's organizational apparatus to ensure streamlining. At the same time, leading and directing the implementation of the 2-level local government model to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency. The work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline was directed with attention and achieved positive results.
With a solid foundation from the achievements in the 2020 - 2025 term and the advantage of expanding the development space, the Di Linh Commune Party Committee set the motto of the 1st Commune Party Congress as "Solidarity, discipline, innovation, creativity, development". Along with that, Di Linh Commune also determined the development goal as building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the strength of great national unity; maintaining discipline, innovation, creativity; promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; building Di Linh Commune to develop comprehensively and sustainably.
At the same time, promote and effectively use resources for socio-economic development. Preserve, conserve and promote cultural values of regions, effectively exploit cultural identity values for socio-economic development, improve people's quality of life. Effectively manage resources, minerals, protect the environment, protect forests, proactively respond to climate change. Maintain national defense, security, order, social safety...
According to Secretary of the Di Linh Commune Party Committee Tran Hong Quyet, in the context of many difficulties and challenges that will have a significant impact on the implementation of local political tasks, the Party Committee and the entire political system will uphold the sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, focus on synchronous leadership and direction, resolutely, innovate, create, make breakthroughs, develop, and be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Di Linh Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
