Accordingly, Dong Nai plans to start and inaugurate 8 projects with a total capital of more than 50,000 billion VND on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
Commencement and inauguration of 8 major projects
The group of 6 projects will start construction, including: Component Project 1 (North-South Expressway Construction Investment Project, Western section Gia Nghia-Chon Thanh; Tri An Hydropower Plant Expansion Project; Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh Expressway Expansion Project, part of Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway; Dau Giay-Tan Phu Expressway Project; F Apartment Project (part of Thang Long Home-Hiep Phuoc Residential Area Project); Social Housing Project (part of Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center).
Groundbreaking ceremony for 1 project is the Ma Da Bridge Construction Project;
Inauguration of 1 project, Component Project 1A, Investment and Construction Project of Tan Van-Nhon Trach section, phase 1 (belonging to Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City).
The total investment of 8 projects to be started, ground-breaking and inaugurated on the occasion of the 80th National Day anniversary in Dong Nai province is more than 50,000 billion VND.
Previously, on May 10, 2025, the Ministry of Construction issued Official Dispatch No. 13/CD-BXD on implementing the Prime Minister's direction on preparing to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects and works commemorating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; in which the Government plans to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major projects and works nationwide on August 19, 2025.
