In order to help students have more opportunities to find jobs, universities and colleges in the province have coordinated with units and businesses to organize "Job Fair" programs.

Participating in the 2025 Job Fair held at the school, Ly Linh Chuyen (a final year nursing student at Dak Lak Medical College) went to the recruitment area of ​​Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital to hear about and receive advice on job positions.

Chuyen shared: “For final year students like me, finding a job after graduation is something everyone desires. Therefore, when the school informed me about the "Job Fair" program, I came early to learn about the job position as well as prepare for the interview. Especially, I only have two months left to graduate from nursing, so I researched and filled out the information to participate in the nursing position that Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital is recruiting.”

Students of Dak Lak Medical College learn about information on recruiting international students and interns abroad.

Nguyen Nhat Quang (second year nursing student) was also eager to learn about recruitment information from businesses at the job fair.

According to Quang, the job fair is not only an opportunity for students to access recruitment information but also an opportunity for them to interact with employers, learn about corporate culture and have a clearer direction for their future career path.

Accordingly, among many recruitment information for on-site workers and international students, vocational training..., Quang went to the information booth introducing recruitment information for international students, nursing interns, doctors, mechanics in the Japanese market of Cuong Thinh Human Resources Company Limited to better understand the regime and policies when working abroad in order to prepare right now.

At Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy, at the end of May, the school organized the "BMU Students Experience and Integration" festival with a series of useful activities for students about professional work; secrets to conquer employers; essential skills... to help students be more confident in the process of career orientation and prepare to enter the labor market.

Or at Dak Lak College, in recent years, the school has also connected with many businesses as well as the Dak Lak Employment Service Center to organize job fairs to help students approach businesses and find job opportunities after graduation. The school has also established relationships with more than 100 businesses in and outside the province to organize internships and job interviews for students. With these solutions, 80% of the school's students have jobs after graduation.

Many students of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy participated in the "BMU students experience and integrate" festival to find job information.

Mr. Chung Khanh Bang, Vice Principal of Dak Lak Medical College said: “With a training orientation closely linked to practical needs, the school currently has more than 1,000 students studying and about to graduate. To help them find jobs suitable for their majors from medical facilities to work and study programs abroad, the school has strengthened cooperation with the Dak Lak Employment Service Center, units and enterprises to promote career counseling activities, finding jobs suitable for their abilities and conditions after graduation”.

Implementing the motto "Learning goes hand in hand with practice, theory goes hand in hand with reality, school goes hand in hand with businesses", developing cooperation between schools and organizations and businesses not only helps students improve their knowledge and necessary skills, connect and find job opportunities in their majors, but also creates a link in human resource training, contributing to building the country in the new period.
