[Update] First day of official operation of 2-level local government

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - This morning (July 1), on the day the country officially put into operation the two-level local government model (provincial and communal levels), 166 wards and communes in Thanh Hoa province also held Party Executive Committee conferences, People's Council meetings and the first meeting of the People's Committee at the communal level. Provincial leaders attended and directed at a number of communes and wards.

This morning, Kien Tho Commune Party Committee held the first meeting of the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee, term 2025-2030, the first session. Attending and directing the meeting was comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, delegates agreed and highly unified with the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Reports of the Commune Party Standing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of Kien Tho commune, term 2025-2030 is an important political event of the commune, marking the beginning of the new term after the commune officially comes into operation.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated the comrades who were trusted by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to be appointed to join the Executive Committee and hold important positions in the commune-level government apparatus for the 2025-2030 term.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he suggested that the Party Executive Committee of the commune focus on prioritizing the stabilization of the organization and ideology of the cadres. Immediately after this conference, promptly issue working regulations, work programs for the entire term and each year, assign tasks to Party Committee members in the direction of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear processes, clear efficiency"; correctly identify the key and key tasks each year to focus on leadership, direction, and organization of implementation. Focus on exploiting new potentials and advantages after the merger to promote comprehensive socio -economic development.
