Any doctor, physician, or medical staff participating in advertising health food products is violating current laws.
According to the Department of Food Safety, Ministry of Health , currently on social networks, there are some clips with images of characters claiming to be medical staff at major hospitals, doctors consulting on diseases, advertising health protection foods as medicines to sell products.
Provisions in Clause 2, Article 27 of Decree 15/2018/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Food Safety: "Do not use images, equipment, costumes, names, correspondence of medical units, facilities, doctors, pharmacists, medical staff, thank you letters from patients, articles of doctors, pharmacists, medical staff to advertise food."
Thus, any doctor, physician, or medical staff participating in advertising health food products is violating current laws./.
