Although Suzuki no longer distributes any scooters in the Vietnamese market, in its "mother country" Japan, the car company still offers a wide variety of scooter models. The most recent is the appearance of the Suzuki Burgman 400 2025. The 2025 Suzuki Burgman 400 stands out with a new, more premium look and features designed to suit the lifestyle of modern users - those who seek comfort along with performance.
In the latest update, the vehicle was updated with 3 new colors: Pearl Matt Shadow Green, Reflective Blue Metallic and Matte Black Metallic No.2. Apart from the new color update, it seems that the Burgman 400 2025 has no significant changes compared to the previously sold version. The vehicle still maintains the overall dimensions of 2,235 x 765 x 1,350 mm, a wheelbase of 1,580 mm and a weight of 218 kg. The vehicle's design is a harmonious combination of maxi-scooter and cruiser quality to be comfortable for daily commuting or trips to the suburbs. The Burgman 400 2025's dashboard is still a combination of analog clock and central LCD screen, displaying full information such as: speed, rpm, distance, fuel, clock and warnings. The design is optimized for reading information even in strong light.
The seat height is only 755 mm, making it easy for the driver to put his feet on the ground. In addition, the vehicle also has a large under-seat compartment with a capacity of up to 42 liters, enough to hold two full-face helmets, along with two front storage compartments and a DC charging port for phones or other electronic devices. In terms of power, the Burgman 400 uses a 400cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder DOHC engine that provides good response both in urban and on-road conditions. The vehicle is equipped with a CVT gearbox, making driving easy and smooth. The vehicle uses telescopic front forks and 7-level preload adjustable link rear shock absorbers, making the vehicle stable even when carrying two people. The 15-inch front wheel and 13-inch rear wheel are both equipped with disc brakes and a comprehensive ABS anti-lock braking system, increasing safety when braking in all situations.
In addition to ABS, the Burgman 400 also has a traction control system that helps limit wheel slippage when accelerating or moving on slippery roads. The Easy Start system allows easy engine starting with just one push. The Idle Speed Control system keeps the rpm stable in idle mode, helping to save fuel and reduce noise. The 2025 Suzuki Burgman 400 is sold at a suggested price of about 981,000 yen (equivalent to nearly 178 million VND). It is predicted that if Suzuki scooter enthusiasts want to own the Burgman 400 in Vietnam, they will have to buy it through unofficial private imports.
