Inspecting the site clearance and construction progress at Huong Lo 2 Project (section 1, phase 1), in the area of Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam directed the City Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with Long Hung Commune People's Committee to dismantle 3 works that people had previously signed a commitment to hand over the site for the construction of An Hoa 2 bridge.
The City Party Committee leaders also assigned the Bien Hoa City People's Committee leaders to inspect and direct the handling of additional compensation and support policies for households to complete the handover of clean land before June 25.
Regarding the construction progress of An Hoa 2 Bridge, after inspection, the Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee said that the human resources and construction equipment at the construction site were too few, while the project had lasted more than 4 years. The leader of Bien Hoa City Party Committee requested the investor to direct the construction contractor to focus on mobilizing human resources to work overtime to speed up the progress, and the project must be completed by September at the latest.

Inspecting the site clearance work at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam said that the progress up to this point is slow compared to the city's determination and plan.
Specifically, through the focused propaganda and mobilization work of 3 working groups of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee as well as local Party committees, authorities and the Land Fund Development Center, up to now, a total of 355 households have to be relocated out of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, but more than 50 households have not agreed to hand over the land, and dozens of constructions of households that have committed to hand over but have not yet been dismantled to create a clean land.
Faced with this situation, the Bien Hoa City Party Secretary requested the City Land Fund Development Center and An Binh Ward to focus on dismantling the construction to create a clean site. For households that have not agreed to hand over the site, in addition to continuing propaganda and mobilization work, it is necessary to focus on reviewing the records so that the Bien Hoa City People's Committee can issue a decision on enforcement before dissolving the district level and at the same time hand over to the new ward-level local government from July 1 to carry out enforcement according to regulations.
Also at the inspection session, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam emphasized that the consistent direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee as well as Bien Hoa City is that "cadres must strive to work seriously even though there is only 1 day of operation at the district level". Therefore, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam requested cadres, civil servants and public employees participating in site clearance work at Huong Lo 2 project and Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 to strive to focus on work in the remaining 10 days with the determination to achieve the highest efficiency before ceasing operations at the city level and moving to work at the new ward from July 1.
