Attending and sharing the joy of the National Great Unity Day with the people of Binh Khang town, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc praised and highly appreciated the solidarity, joint efforts and unanimity of cadres, party members and people in implementing patriotic emulation movements and in building the great national unity bloc.
Emphasizing the role of the spirit of great solidarity and quickly informing some outstanding results in socio-economic development and major orientations for the province's development in the future, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that each family and each neighborhood would continue to uphold the sense of responsibility in building a civilized lifestyle, cultural families, arousing and further promoting the spirit of solidarity and creativity of the people to effectively participate in patriotic emulation movements.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also presented gifts to 10 families in difficult circumstances in the street.

* On November 18, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department attended and congratulated the "National Great Unity Day" at the residential area of Loi Son Hamlet 3, Gia Phong Commune, Gia Vien District. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Veterans Association, and Gia Vien District.
From early morning, the people of Loi Son hamlet 3 were present at the cultural house, having fun and performing art performances to celebrate the National Great Unity Day. At the festival, the delegates reviewed the tradition of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front.
Over the past year, the people of Loi Son hamlet 3 have always united to participate in economic development, actively helping each other to reduce poverty; boldly applying science and technology to production, converting the agricultural structure to aquaculture, expanding business and trade sectors, gradually improving the people's lives. Currently, 95% of households in the hamlet are economically stable, with 4 poor households and 1 near-poor household.
In addition, education and health care are paid attention to. 100% of school-age children go to school, many of whom have achieved high academic results. Cultural, artistic, and sports movements are developed, enriching the spiritual life of the people. Democratic regulations are effectively implemented, promoting the spirit of solidarity of the people. The hamlet has 96% of cultural families, striving to meet the standards of a model new rural residential area by 2024.
Speaking at the Festival, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department expressed his joy and acknowledged the results that the people of Loi Son Hamlet 3 have united to achieve in the past time.
He suggested that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities at all levels strengthen leadership and direction, promote propaganda and mobilization, and make all cadres, Party members, and people of all walks of life deeply aware of the importance of the task of great national unity.

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of Hoa Lu district, Truong Yen commune and a large number of local people.
Nam village has 175 households with 644 people, is one of 16 residential areas of Truong Yen commune. In 2021, the village was recognized as a model new rural residential area.
Over the years, the Front Working Committee has coordinated with organizations in residential areas to propagate and mobilize people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; effectively carry out campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in residential communities... especially the theme of the 2022 festival on implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; competing in labor production, economic development, helping each other to get rich legitimately; ensuring environmental sanitation, security and order...
Up to now, the average income per capita in the village has reached over 65 million VND/person/year; the rate of poor and near-poor households is 2.8%. The cultural life of the people is quite rich with cultural and sports exchanges organized regularly. Social security activities are given attention, security and order are ensured.
Speaking at the Festival, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Hoang Ha acknowledged and commended the achievements of the people of Nam village.
He suggested that Hoa Lu district in general, and the cadres and people of Nam village in particular, focus on performing well a number of tasks such as: Continuing to propagate and mobilize all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to deeply understand the task of national solidarity, contributing to preserving and promoting the value of the historical relic of Hoa Lu ancient capital, contributing to building Ninh Binh into a "Heritage City - Millennium", a tourist center of the country and the world.
