
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai said that the province is urgently implementing the Central Committee's conclusion, which requires a trial operation to ensure the smooth operation of the new apparatus. After the trial operation, the province will hold a meeting to review and draw lessons for synchronous implementation from July 1.
Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai also informed that to ensure strict implementation of the Central's directives, the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee held three meetings to review personnel plans for 39 communes and wards. Up to now, the Party Committee, government and Fatherland Front apparatus of these communes and wards have basically been established. It is expected that on June 23 and 24, the province will organize the announcement of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee at the commune level.

According to the plan, Ca Mau province will pilot the organization of commune-level government after the arrangement and implementation of a two-level local government in 17 new commune-level administrative units, including 3 wards: Tan Thanh, An Xuyen and Ly Van Lam; 14 communes: Song Doc, Nam Can, Dam Doi, Cai Nuoc, Tran Van Thoi, Dat Mui, Da Bac, Cai Doi Vam, Khanh Lam, U Minh, Tan Thuan, Thoi Binh, Hung My, and Luong The Tran.
The trial run will be on June 19 and 20. Accordingly, the trial run will be to organize meetings of the People's Committees of communes and wards to review and approve the working regulations of the People's Committees; the work program of the People's Committees; other related work contents (if any); trial run of the Document Management and Operation System (iOffice); and operation of the Public Administration Service Center.
