Speaking at the conference, Major General Vu Van Dien emphasized that after the termination of the District Military Command, the role, functions and tasks of the Commune Military Command will be more comprehensive, with higher requirements, more difficult and arduous tasks. Therefore, the Commune Military Command needs to strengthen internal consolidation and solidarity, clearly assign tasks, clearly assign tasks, and have the right authority, promptly detect and remove difficulties and obstacles. In addition, it is necessary to effectively coordinate activities with other forces in performing local military and defense tasks and maintaining political security, social order and safety in localities, agencies and organizations at the grassroots level.
