The inspection content focuses on leadership, direction, organization and implementation of information technology applications in storing, updating, processing information, and managing records; progress and quality of data digitization, efficiency of administrative procedure settlement in a formal and modern direction, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of command, management, and operation; and professional capacity of responsible officers.

The working group inspected the reality at the Political Department, Army Corps 34.

In the overall assessment after the inspection, Major General Duong Van Quang, Deputy Commander of the 34th Corps, acknowledged and commended the efforts and proactive spirit of the agencies and units in implementing the digitization of records, implementing administrative reforms associated with digital transformation. He requested the agencies to continue reviewing the process, updating the data system fully and accurately; improving the quality of training and fostering of staff working in information technology, ensuring information security and confidentiality throughout the system.

The Deputy Commander of the 34th Corps emphasized: Digitizing records and reforming administrative procedures is not only an immediate requirement, but also a regular, long-term task, contributing to building an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern Corps, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
