Those results affirm that the work of ideological management and discipline of the Division is organized, maintained seriously, tightly and firmly, creating a foundation and motivation for the unit to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Unit officers regularly exchange and grasp the thoughts and feelings of soldiers in the unit.

However, today, under the impact of the negative side of the market economy, the strong development of science and technology, along with the rapid spread of social evils, negativity, and fraud in cyberspace, the Division is stationed in many provinces, the political security situation is complicated... Besides, the lives of officers and soldiers still face certain difficulties; the skills and life experience of a number of young officers, professional soldiers (QNCN) and non-commissioned officers - soldiers (HSQ-BS) are still limited. The above issues will more or less affect the ideological situation and compliance with the law and discipline of the army.

Therefore, to improve the quality and effectiveness of discipline management and ensure safety in the coming time, the Division has identified a number of key contents and solutions such as strengthening the leadership and management of Party committees and commanders at all levels; promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge of ideological management and discipline; resolutely fighting against all manifestations of laxity in management and discipline training. Focus on properly implementing the motto "the superiors set exemplary examples, the subordinates actively follow". Continue to implement well the "4 together" with the army, which are eating, living, studying, working and sharing together; the process of implementing tasks of the cadres needs to achieve "3 clear" which are clear people, clear work and clear responsibilities.

Strengthening situation reporting, ideological orientation, and action for soldiers in the face of violations of law and discipline in the entire army. Thereby raising awareness, consciousness, and self-awareness of officers and soldiers in complying with discipline and law. Strengthening propaganda and dissemination of regulations when participating in social networks; enhancing the dissemination of life skills experiences for young soldiers; continuing to effectively implement the models: "One law per day", "One ideological situation per week", "Psychological health and legal counseling group".

Regularly exchange with local Party committees and authorities to grasp the aspirations, family circumstances, promptly resolve and encourage soldiers to overcome difficulties and obstacles. In addition, it is necessary to closely coordinate with families to grasp and understand their soldiers better, thereby having solutions to educate , orient, and help soldiers in the process of performing their duties; proactively review and promptly grasp soldiers with difficult family circumstances, poor health, complicated social relationships, and psychological and physiological abnormalities to have separate management and education measures, and prevent violations.

At the same time, promote the role of the military council and mass organizations, especially the youth union, in building discipline and training; focus on promoting democracy to thoroughly resolve the difficulties of the army, encourage officers and soldiers to contribute ideas and propose solutions to effectively implement the work of building discipline, training discipline, and ensuring safety. In particular, regularly organize forums, seminars, and competitions to learn about State laws and military discipline... to equip knowledge and educate the sense of responsibility of union members and youth.

In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the material and spiritual life of soldiers, build and consolidate "regular, green, clean, beautiful" barracks. Build a friendly, united and close-knit environment in agencies and units so that officers and soldiers can confidently work. In addition to regularly maintaining the order and quality of Political-Cultural and Spiritual Days; organizing democratic dialogues between commanders at all levels and soldiers, agencies and units should increase the organization of activities during breaks and holidays to attract and encourage soldiers to participate, such as: Sports competitions, cultural-artistic competitions, etc. Thereby, creating a democratic and united atmosphere so that officers and soldiers consider the unit as a common home, unitedly performing well all assigned tasks.
