In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their deep gratitude for the great contributions of General Vo Nguyen Giap and the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons of the nation who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
