Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the professional capacity, qualities and working process of the new Deputy Director, and expressed his belief that comrade Pham Nhu Vinh Tuyen will make positive contributions to improving the efficiency of economic management at the special-class hospital, which is the largest in the country as well as has a long history and regional stature.
The consolidation of economic management personnel at Hue Central Hospital is considered a strategic step in the context of the health sector strongly promoting the process of financial autonomy, digital transformation and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment services.
In his acceptance speech, BSCKII. Pham Nhu Vinh Tuyen pledged to continuously learn, promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and work with the leadership team to build a sustainable hospital, reaching the top in Vietnam, on par with the region and the world.

It is known that Doctor of Medicine, Meritorious Doctor Pham Nhu Vinh Tuyen (from Phu Thuong, Thuan Hoa, Hue City). Previously, after high school, Vinh Tuyen passed the entrance exam to the University of Medicine with high scores; then, he was selected to study abroad as an international student.
