Pursuant to Decision No. 226 dated June 26, 2025 of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of Colonel Luu Nam Tien, Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, to the position of Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, at the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan, former Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, handed over the task of Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command to Colonel Luu Nam Tien.

At the conference, Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan, Deputy Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, reported the minutes of the handover of the task of Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command to Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan, former Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, and Colonel Luu Nam Tien, Chief of Politics of the Hanoi Capital Command, who was assigned to take on the task of Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership, direction and active, proactive and effective implementation of the Hanoi Capital Command, contributing to the comprehensive completion of the city's military and defense tasks in recent years, many of which were excellently completed.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that over the years, the military, militia, and reserve forces of the Capital have always been steadfast and steady, truly a trustworthy political force and a loyal fighting force of the Party, government, and people of the Capital. The Capital Command has regularly coordinated closely with the City Police and other forces to grasp the local situation, ensure absolute safety for holidays, anniversaries, and important political events of the country and the Capital; promptly advise and propose effective measures to handle complicated incidents related to religion, rural security, and security and order in accordance with their functions and tasks.
