Farmer Dinh Thi Ty, born in 1965 in Zone 19, Tu Vu Commune, is a poor household. Ms. Ty herself is in poor health and has financial difficulties. Ms. Ty lives alone in an old, dilapidated house that is seriously degraded and unsafe. Faced with that situation, the District Farmers' Association has connected and mobilized resources to join hands to build a new house for Ms. Ty's family with an area of 90m2, total value of 270 million VND.
