Accordingly, to effectively implement the Resolutions, I hope the province will focus on the following points: Science - technology and digital transformation; establishing a center to support agricultural technology transfer; incentives for digital technology investment (smart production, traceability); enterprises investing in agriculture. At the same time, training to improve capacity for farmers and technical staff. Along with that, streamlining the apparatus; reviewing and simplifying administrative procedures related to agricultural product exports; quarantine work, certification of origin of goods should be done locally; publicizing and transparently providing information and applying online public services; improving the effectiveness of the one-stop mechanism.

In particular, promoting private economic development: Establishing a fund to support access to preferential loans for small and medium enterprises, enterprises investing in rural agriculture; flexible land policies for production, especially for agricultural products, supporting trade promotion, connecting domestic and foreign markets. Providing information and warnings about international market requirements. Supporting enterprises to achieve international certification (GlobalGAP, HACCP...). Building and promoting local agricultural product brands. Regional agricultural products will have a very good effect on the locality.
