...helping people, especially in remote, isolated and ethnic minority areas, access digital government, contributing to promoting administrative reform and digital transformation from the grassroots level, towards a modern administration.
Accordingly, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union established 131 youth volunteer teams, with more than 2,700 volunteers, to provide direct support at the Public Administration Service Centers of communes, wards and special zones in the area. With their youth, enthusiasm, understanding and responsibility, the youth union members have become the "extended arm" of the digital government.
