Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that the Land Law regulates a wide range of fields, including agriculture and rural development, and is related to many different areas. Ministries, sectors, localities, businesses and people should contribute ideas and supplement to remove obstacles and difficulties in implementation. When promulgated, the law will create momentum for socio-economic development, improve people's lives, and avoid conflicts with other laws. In particular, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment will base on planning to legalize the land price list to harmonize the interests of the State, businesses and people, suitable for each region, each time of land allocation, and land use fee calculation.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment will continue to synthesize comments on the Draft Land Law, complete the report to the Government, and submit it to the National Assembly at the session in October 2025.
