74 commercial houses in Long Khanh are eligible for sale

(DN) - The Department of Construction confirmed that the investor of this project of 74 commercial houses has completed investment and construction procedures and is eligible to start construction according to construction laws.

On June 10, Director of Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Company Limited Nguyen Tan Kiet said that the Department of Construction has confirmed the conditions of future real estate to be put into business for 74 commercial houses in the Social Housing Project in Bao Vinh Ward, Long Khanh City.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has granted land use right certificates to these 74 commercial houses. The investor has completed all procedures such as: notification of commencement of construction, appraisal of construction drawings, completion of technical infrastructure construction according to construction law regulations corresponding to project progress, has minutes of acceptance of completion of all technical infrastructure and traffic works, and has publicly announced project information.

The Department of Construction requires the investor to release the mortgage on the land use rights of the houses before signing the sale and lease-purchase contracts for 74 commercial houses (because the land use rights of the houses have been mortgaged by the investor at the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Dong Nai branch and the Dong Nai Province Development Investment Fund).

The social housing project in Bao Vinh ward, Long Khanh city is invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., with a land use scale of nearly 17 hectares. The goal is to invest in building a social housing area according to the plan to meet the housing needs of workers and residents in the area. Regarding housing, the project includes: low-rise social housing apartments, townhouses and commercial housing. The construction of the project items is expected to be completed in 2026, and the exploitation and operation of the entire project is expected to be from 2027.
