The industrial production index in June 2025 increased by 18.42% over the same period in 2024. Of which: Electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning production and distribution increased by 38%; mining industry increased by 28.99%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by 15.79% and water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by 12.09% over the same period.
In June 2025, businesses have stepped up production, expanded business scale, and many new projects have been put into operation, contributing to the economic growth of the province.

Besides the advantages, the production situation of some enterprises still faces difficulties, with decreased exports, high prices of raw materials, slow consumption market, lack of raw materials, and difficult-to-sell products, so the planned output and revenue are not achieved.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the industrial production index increased by 14.67% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which: Electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning production and distribution increased by more than 27%; mining industry increased by 18%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by more than 13% and water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by nearly 11% compared to the same period.

The industrial production index increased due to businesses' efforts to return to production, some factories signed new orders at the beginning of the year, increased exports, some products found a market so production was more stable, some products increased such as: Microphones estimated at 116.6 million units, 5.5 times higher; headphones not connected to microphones estimated at 33 million units, up 43.96%; electricity production estimated at 1,594 million kWh, up 42%; charging docks estimated at 9.8 million units, up 32.58%; yogurt estimated at 28.3 thousand tons, up 23%; other electric wire and cable production services VND 4,792.3 billion, up 22%; sugar estimated at 122.2 thousand tons, up more than 19%...
In addition, some industries decreased due to decreased export orders, large inventory products, high production costs, so factories limited production to consume products such as: Fiber decreased by more than 40%; wood shavings and chips decreased by 37%; fish sauce decreased by 28%; bottled beer decreased by 19.48%; carton boxes decreased by 12%; roofing sheets decreased by 8.32%; NPK chemical fertilizer decreased by 7%; canned beer decreased by 5.24%.
