Seaweed

According to Beauty , in the Japanese program Medical horror check show , doctors explained that foods containing fucoidan have the ability to reduce visceral fat. It can create the effect of burning visceral fat accumulated in the body.

The principle of eating foods containing fucoidan is similar to exercising for visceral fat, helping it to be burned, thereby achieving the effect of consuming and reducing fat. Fucoidan is mainly found in seaweed.

Cucumber

Chef Yoko Nozaki used to weigh 68kg but successfully lost 11kg in two months. He said that he eats cucumbers before every meal. This fruit contains phospholipase, which can speed up metabolism and help burn fat.

Therefore, eating cucumbers before the main meal not only helps create a feeling of fullness but also increases fat burning. Experts recommend chewing thoroughly to better absorb phospholipase, and not cooking cucumbers because it will reduce this substance.

Buckwheat
