Up to now, 14/38 FDI enterprises in Thanh Hoa province have planned to give 13th month salary bonus to employees with an average of 1 month's basic salary.

On the morning of December 25, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a conference with FDI enterprises in the province on the implementation of labor regimes, policies, laws, labor relations and trade union activities at enterprises. Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Mai Ba Nam chaired the conference.

As of December 20, 2024, 38 FDI enterprises in the province had a total of 171,657 employees, an increase of 427 people compared to the October 2024 reporting period.

In November and December, enterprises maintained good employment for workers, with 27/38 enterprises organizing overtime. Specifically: 17/27 companies had overtime of 0.6-1.5 hours/day; 10 companies had overtime of 2-4 hours on some days of the week.

All 38 enterprises have made timely contributions to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to the social insurance agency and paid full monthly sickness and maternity benefits to employees.

The total number of workers and employees of the companies who have paid social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance is 165,304 people, reaching 96.2%; the remaining 6,353 people, accounting for 3.8%, have not paid because they are new to the company.
