Police took statement from Pham Van Tuan
Upon receiving the information, Tu Ky District Police clarified that the above information was false and summoned Pham Van Tuan (residing in Tien Tien Commune, Hai Duong City) and 3 others, all residing in Tu Ky District.
The police agency determined that Pham Van Tuan posted fabricated fake news, causing public confusion. Tuan's actions were carried out at Global Advertising Company (address: 367, Le Thanh Nghi Street, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province). Tu Ky District Police have transferred the case file to Hai Duong City Police for handling according to their authority.
For the remaining three cases, the authorities have decided to administratively fine each person 7.5 million VND for posting false articles.
